I went from burning out trying to do it all … to finding a way that felt steady, realistic and truly supportive of my life.
Now, I help midlifers do the same — without pressure, perfection or extremes.
Ageless Health & Energy Coaching is a 6-week, 1:1 coaching space designed for midlifers who want to build habits that actually fit their life — not disrupt it.
Weight loss can be part of the journey —but I don’t coach weight loss in isolation.
I coach the things that make weight loss sustainable — without extremes or rigid rules.
That often matters more than “losing weight fast”.
This coaching is right for you if:

How it works
🗓 Duration: 6 to 8 weeks
🤝 Format: 1:1 coaching
📍 Delivery: Online (or in person if applicable)
📆 Sessions: 6 total including
1 x 90 minute health and lifestyle review
5 x 50 minutes follow up sessions
💷 Cost: £250 (If you’d like a simple split payment plan, we can discuss that on the call).
