Meet Marie, Your Lifestyle And Fitness
Coach in Hampshire, UK

Hello there, I'm Marie, A Lifestyle and Fitness Coach.

I help midlifers build simple, sustainable habits for energy, strength and confidence — for real life, not extremes or perfection.

I don’t believe in quick fixes, rigid rules or overwhelming programmes. I believe in coaching that meets you where you are, respects your life, and supports you in feeling more in control of your health without pressure.

Like many people in midlife, I once felt:
-
tired more often than not
-
frustrated by conflicting health advice
-
unsure which direction would actually help
-
exhausted from trying everything and still feeling stuck
I didn’t want another “diet”, another fad, or another checklist.
I wanted something practical, that fit around work, family and day-to-day life.

That search — and the relief I felt when things finally started clicking — is what led me to become a coach.
I’m trained, experienced and committed to helping others navigate the same transition with clarity and confidence.

Some of the themes clients bring include:
-
wanting more sustained energy
-
wanting strength without extremes
-
wanting confidence in their body and choices
-
wanting support that fits their life
-
wanting clarity, not confusion
If that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.

When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me out in the fresh air (rain or shine!), moving in ways that support my body, connecting with people who bring me energy, seeking pockets of joy in the everyday, like cooking simple, real-food meals.

My Mission
Support midlifers in making simple, sustainable changes so they can feel more in control of their health - and their life- without restriction or pressure.
I don’t believe a healthy life should feel rigid or limiting.
Small, realistic changes can make a meaningful difference, and
there is a deeper sense of freedom that comes from understanding what truly supports your wellbeing.

As we age, I believe we have an opportunity — not to fight our bodies, but to work with them.

Through my own journey, I’ve learned that health isn’t about perfection; it’s about building habits that support energy, confidence and quality of life.

That’s what I aim to offer: a calmer, more realistic way of choosing health — as a foundation for living fully, day to day.
